Chelsea are interested in signing Roma centre-back Antonio Rudiger this summer, according to reports on Repubblica.it.
The Germany international recently tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee while training with his country at Euro 2016.
However, that has not prevented the Blues from registering their interest in A player they value at €20m.
The Giallorossi, though, are believed to be determined to keep the 23-year-old - who has a contract at the Stadio Olimpico until the end of June 2020 - in the Italian capital next season.
